1. Credit representative details

B T S Capital Holding Pty Ltd (ABN 33 639 692 829) is a credit representative with National Mortgage Brokers Pty Ltd. Shanaka Fernando is a Credit Representative (Credit Representative Number 514561). B T S Capital Holding Pty Ltd has access to a panel of lenders through National Mortgage Brokers Pty Ltd (ACN 093 874 376 / Australian Credit Licence 391209), which is a fully-owned subsidiary of Liberty Financial Pty Ltd (ACN 077 248 983 / Australian Credit Licence 286596). B T S Capital Holding Pty Ltd has access to products including those from Liberty Financial.

Finity Finance provides credit assistance as an authorised credit representative arrangement.

2. Services we provide

We provide mortgage and finance broking services, including assessment of lending options, loan structuring support, application preparation, and coordination with lenders during assessment and settlement.

Services may include home loans, refinance, business lending and asset finance, depending on your circumstances.

3. Lender panel and recommendations

We generally source credit products from a panel of lenders and provide recommendations based on your goals, profile, lender policy fit, and practical trade-offs.

A recommendation is not solely based on headline rates and does not guarantee approval.

4. Commissions, fees and benefits

In most cases, we are paid by the lender via upfront and ongoing commission if your loan settles and remains active.

Where applicable, any broker fee payable by you will be disclosed before you proceed.

You can request details of commissions and any relevant benefits related to your credit assistance.

5. Credit Guide and required documents

Before we provide credit assistance, you should receive a Credit Guide and other required disclosure documents that explain who we are, how we are paid, and your rights.

You should review all documents carefully before signing or proceeding with any application.

6. Responsible lending approach

We assess your requirements and objectives and collect information about your financial situation to help determine whether a recommended product is not unsuitable for you under applicable credit laws.

You should ensure all information provided is complete and accurate so we can give appropriate credit assistance.

7. Conflicts of interest

We maintain policies and processes to identify and manage conflicts of interest in the credit assistance process.

Where a material conflict is identified, we will disclose it and explain how it is being managed.

8. Complaints and dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it through our internal dispute resolution process.

If your complaint is not resolved, you may escalate to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), an external dispute resolution scheme.
