Shanaka Fernando is a finance specialist known for clear advice, strong lender relationships, and practical funding strategies across residential, commercial, and asset finance.
With more than 20 years of experience across banking and finance, including over 15 years focused on commercial and residential mortgage solutions, Shanaka supports clients through complex lending scenarios with confidence and structure.
Before Finity Finance, Shanaka worked at ANZ as a Business Banking Manager, managing portfolios with complex financial requirements while building long-term relationships with small business, commercial, and residential clients.
He holds a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking, a Diploma in Business, and a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
